Alright i just got done with my power lifting season and over the last few weeks i have endured some pretty bad lower back pain. Its just on one side right above my hips. If I dont take advil before I squat I cant do it and even with that its painful. It almost feels like that leg is shorter. Any opinions? It bothers me on hangclean or if I sprint hard too a lot.

Hello, im 39 weeks today and all day iv had a constant lower back pain starting off dull but now its getting quite painfull. this is my second pregnancy but never got much back pain with my first. i was 2/5ths engaged at the beginning of the week. could baby be on its way soon?

I've been hearing a lot of talk about the deadlift these days on the forums. I read that people deadlift 300+ lbs. Isn't this critical? Ofcourse you should still work it out, but putting TOO much weight on your lower back is never good. Any little injury in your lower back and you're scarred the rest of your life with horrible pain.

I always seem to have a little bit of back pain the day after after doing any workout at the gym. When i do deadlifts my back kills for ages, and i dont think its DOMS. Is this maybe because of a weak lower back? What could i do to strengthen it without damaging it?
