Calorie intake around 1200 a day for weight loss. Ive been taking a multi-vitamin and protein shakes to make sure im getting enough protein. Every other day I do cardio, and then off days I lift some. Mainly upper body and some abs. If I keep this routine for a while will I at least be able to sustain my muscles till my cut is over?
