We are looking into seeing the Rose Parade in Pasadena, if not this year then next. We love drop your jaw gorgeous sites along with national treasures and historical areas and have enjoyed the areas north of Hearst Castle. We will probably want to rent a vehicle and see other areas such as San Diego . But, we would welcome more suggestions. Keep traveling!

County. on my way to work I was detained at a checkpoint on Slauson Ave east bound just before Garfield (between Eastern and Garfield) they have a portable dyno tester, have the lanes blocked forcing everyone into one ...

I have a relative who absolutely adores burritos and I would like to get him to *the* most outstanding burrito to be found, from Los Angeles (preferably northern side) north to Ventura. Please help me get him to burrito nirvana!

Sorry to bump this, but um, what happened? Is there some sort of group now? I'd love to come along sometime if there is. If not, maybe we should try (again) to create one.

No problem. I've been trying to get tickets for a couple years and always miss them posting. I thought since I saw them this year I'd pass the info along. They are opening tickets for more tapings every day so if you want to go at a later date that's not available yet you're going to have to keep going back to the site and hoping you catch them open. I think the 12 days tape until like the 15.

Robbie, you may find more business than you can handle. There are many TDI owners in the LA area, from Santa Monica down to Long Beach, who do not relish the drive to a recommended TDI shop in Orange County. There used to be a shop south of Downtown LA that worked on TDIs, but then they quit to concentrate on Bimmers and Benzes. Good luck with your new venture, and I hope to hear soon from ...

I wasn't sure where to post this question.......I'm watching "Flip This House" on A & E and they flipped a house near Mt. Washington and they mentioned it's a bad area but there are worse areas. So I'm curious, what is the most dangerous area of L.A.?
