Hi all, My wife had an accident today with the hoover on our lounge carpet, whilst hoovering she caught a loose thread at the edge of the carpet (at the point that it meets a metal edging before the kitchen) and the hoover then managed to suck the thread up a pull it out so we now have a missing line of carpet/thread about 1m long and 1cm wide.
