I wonder if you kind people can do some number-crunching for me? On February 1st 2010 I start drawing my State Pension as I will be 60. It will be £102 a week. I also have the chance to take my deferred Local Government Pension. However, I will lose quite a bit of it for taking it early and it will also put me into a position of paying tax. It has no State or National funding at this time... When it started, it began with Susan Lightfoot's idea, that found it's roots in other fledging grassroots.. Coast Economy Localization Link,,, http://www.coastlocalize.... specifically. I found this group and simular groups, and Susan Lightfoot's work, doing what the Grange's mission is... and that is how I came to know and help them....

So the federal government should have bailed out cities that made incredibly bad decisions? You can't discourage people from gambling by paying their losses when things go bad. These cities need to own up to their stupidity and their voters need to hold those accountable for extremely awful policy decisions.
