i just installed prototype and everything went smoothly until i tried to play it. i created a new game and got to the loading screen but its been loading for about 20 min now and isnt going anywhere. ive searched online but it appears others are having the same problem. i couldnt find any other information. any help is appreciated. i dont want this to be a waste of money!! XD

It's been a few days since I logged into the PTR and today I was trying to get on the PTR but every time I try to log onto a character, it loads to full and the bar stays at 100%/full forever, I've tried restarting and getting rid of addons but neither seem to work, so far I've let it sit at the loading screen for up to an hour and nothing. Any ideas of what the problem could be? Thanks.
