I would like to move to Arizona, and would like to live outside the city. The wide open spaces, no crime, and lots of privacy. Are the land prices pretty reasonable in the middle of "nowhere"Arizona...near Mesa? Thanks to anyone that could help. 38 year old married father of 5. (kidding)

there is a TON of country living in Arizona and, now, at good prices......a lot of stuff for sale in all areas....from windswept handyman specials for less than $30K to remote trophy homes valued at over $10M but don't expect it to be an investment at all....you'll need to buy it because YOU like it and can make a go of it.... weather will be nice in the summer and cold in the winter or ...

they make a tax for residents of communities served by MTA with the threat that if we don't add these taxes, the services will be cut. OK, so the tax is added. A few days later, The services are cut anyway. They're absolute liers. I live in Putnam.
