There are tiny bits of linoleum on my table. Why?... There are tiny bits of linoleum on my table. Why? BECAUSE I'M CARVING OUT AN OWL WITH A MOUSTACHE, that's why. I heart relief printmaking. 5:38 PM Sep 8th from TweetDeck

I don't want to buy one, I am looking for a car with a complete cargo area (some remnents of the battleship linoleum, ribbed flooring, trim, WOOD, etc.. I need to put a piece of linoleum inside the cabinet under my kitchen sink- about size 36 inch by 24 inches. Do you have any scraps/pieces leftover from a recent flooring job? Thanks. Ann in Garner Town limits- 919-779-9075 or 919-601-7130. Read more...

I live in a manufactured home and it has too many registers. I would like to cover a few of these to get more warm/cold air to the other end of the house as well as keep the other rooms more comfortable. We are going to put linoleum down again soon but I am looking to cover these holes permanently and then lay the linoleum over them. Any suggestions on how to go about this?

Cut some cabinets out today in order to install a dishwasher. Current kitchen floor is what I THINK is 1950's or 60's linoleum. But under the old cabinet, we found this type of tile: Good chance this is asbestos?? I know it's good as long as you don't start ripping it up and making dust but we'd like to replace the kitchen floor in the near future and I'm sure this stuff covers the entire ...

My Mom has finally decided on porcelain tile flooring in her kitchen. The kitchen is on the bottom floor of a tri-level house. Currently, there are 2-3 layers of vinyl self-stick tiles and maybe even a linoleum tile over the concrete slab. The contractor is removing all layers. They said the plan is to remove vinyl tile, place some self-leveling thinset and then the tile over this thin-set once ...

My wife and I bought a house (used) and would like to make some changes prior to moving in. The first order of buisness is getting rid of the linoleum in the kitchen, bath and dining areas. The contractor is telling me that he would like to lay the tile directly on top of the linoleum. Personally I'd like him to rip it up but he is saying that it is a common practice to rough up the ...

I don't know if this is threadworthy, but I know some of you will be glad to know. Check out streetlightmanifesto.com. they put up samples of six songs, which include Linoleum, Such Great Heights, and two instrumentals. http://streetlightmanifesto.com/ I still haven't figured out the last two instrumental songs. all of it sounds amazing, indeed.

Hey, We're back! Here's another build. The camper had to be severely cut to fit into the bed of the pickup, because of the badly-made kit. The wallpaper and linoleum flooring is from a 1986 Coachman. The rear deck, ladder mounts, and support posts were all scratch built. Let me know what you all think. I'll post more pictures later.
