When we had the line item veto in the 90s it was one reason that we were able to control spending but that got overturned by the courts so it is no longer used. I think we should have a constitutional amendment that gives the president the power to veto all or any part of a budget and whatever part gets vetoed can get revoted on in the congress. Has anyone some accross this problem, where the delivery address (linked from the PR) prints out on every line item of the RFQ? I have sent out many RFQ's without this happening, and now that it is, I can't remove it? cheers

I see no real problems with it either. I think the distinction is "internal" auditor as opposed to the county auditor. But what is the difference in attorneys? Doesnt county council already have the ability to hire attorneys? This group has already hired about 5, havent they?
