There has to be a limit to what WMI is liable for to the common shareholders otherwise they will not have any cash to emerge from bankruptcy with. I happen to think that the amount stated on the MOR is the limit - and whoever it is I have heard that phones "Tal" a lot for information may be able to verify if this is correct.

What is the temporary bandwidth limit in the Files part of an Enhanced account? I can track my monthly bandwidth (maximum 4,000 mb/month) but have not found the short-term bandwidth limit. I'm using this to try out a few design ideas that I'll use elsewhere, so it's not a major concern, but obviously I want to stay within the limits. Thanks.

Couldn't find this anywhere else, but just feels wired. I currently have my upload limited to 40 kb/s, BUT then after awhile the upload goes over the set limit. And the used bandwidth is unaccounted for. 18.9 + 12.9 + 1.8 + 7.3 = 40.9 So there are some 17 kb/s that go no where? Also as you can see I have no download currently active, but still am downloading at 12.1 kb/s. Using ...
