Well I just read this and it says the xbox 360 has a lifespan of 9 to 10 to 11 years, but does it mean it will stop selling them after that or does it mean they will release a new xbox after that time, because ALOT of people are buying the 360 now...so the 720 is a little bit too early.. I love my PlayStation 2 and Gameboy Advance SP :P And is Reach for the 360 or the so called 720? http://...

Hi all, Quick and hopefully easy question to answer. Does anyone know the "lifespan" of the droid screen. I guess what I am wondering is, lets say you get a multimedia dock for it, and keep it in there 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (at least). Will that shorten the lifespan of the screen itself? Any have a rough idea by chance? Thanks all

CPUs are supposed to be fine at temperatures over 100 celcius, but I imagine that isn't too great on it. On my current clocks, my CPU reaches idle around 60-70, and can reach 100 or so when under strain. How is this going to effect my CPU's lifespan? I'm still running on a stock cooler, which explains the temps. I'm getting a aftermarket cooler soon though

I have a 2005 Lexus RX-330. It has 43,000 miles on it. What is the typical lifespan of the brakes? Do the fronts and rears need replacing at the same time? How do I know when to schedule to have them replaced?

Since the new cheaper cards will have a 5-year lifespan, I'm wondering what the lifespan is of the current, more expensive cards. I had assumed it was forever, since it's solid state with no moving parts. But now I'm not so sure. Has anyone seen anything besides the standard one-year warranty?

I'm considering buying a 1990 Corrado I found on craigslist. Guy says there's 180,000 miles on the engine, which was bored out 3,500 miles ago. Just wondering what the expected lifespan is on these cars, and if $1,500 sounds like a reasonable price?

Hi, can anyone help me? My external harddrive suddenly can't be read by my PC anymore. I've had both for only about a year, so it's not like they're at the end of their lifespan. The symbol for it shows up in 'My Computer', but when I click it I get an error message saying access is denied. The wierd thing is that I've tried it on Mr Voni's PC and it works fine, no problems ...

Was wondering... does torrenting decrease the lifespan of an SSD? I want to use an SSD as my main drive, but then that means I'll boot into it, and torrent from that OS. I have another HDD and I can set utorrent to download into that HDD, but does the data have to be written into the SSD first? My question is: Will this affect my SSD lifespan, even with TRIM?

To all you people complaining of their Xbox360s failing inside of a year, you must have done something to it, because i've had mine for over 2 years, never had a single problem with it. I take exceptionally good care of mine though, and a lot of people may not.
