Q u o t e: Actually ProM was nerfed too. If you played long enough you'd remember: when they introduced ProM it was a spammable instacast. It also made holy more than viable in PvP (spell unkillable). It took Blizzard 1 patch cycle to realize how OP it was and nerf the hell of it. I'm pretty sure PoM had the CD added onto it like a month or so after tbc, i'm sure theres patch notes...

Now with the leveitate, Yes that is isnaely useful, but it is not needed, if people know how to move from fire, I personally only put it on the ranged/healers at beg of fight and keep on myself as needed but i dont try to keep my eyes up for who needs it rebuffed, If you do however call in vent re levitate i will do it but im not gonna pay attention to it.
