My daughter is a new Level 5 gymnast. After the high bar (long hang)kip she usually pauses before doing a nice horizontal cast. When she tries to connect the cast right from the kip the cast is not very high (well short of horizontal). My question is: which is a bigger deduction - not connecting the kip and the cast, or connecting them but not getting the cast horizontal? Thanks so much, ...

There's a minikit in the big room with the different alcoves, which are blocked with electric 'gates'. I used the minikit detector, and it showed the minikit as being inside the wall between two alcoves. Is it hollowed out in the center and you just gotta find a way inside or what?...

The level 2 are showing 5/3 (Bid/Ask) More stacked on the bid is good, this appears to be the 3 day consolidation after a large run up that always happpens. Expect a green day tom huge green day. Gap and Go most likely.... If I was a MM I would def Gap this up tomorrow
