Ive always had a problem with chicken legs, I have been working out for a while and my upper legs have made some good progress but my lower legs remain to look thin. I have a high calf muscle so the long ankle is really no help. Im not going to a gym at the moment so this is really a time to allow my lower legs to catch up with my upper body. I have been doing calf workout for a while now ...

Hi folks, I've goto do my legs tomorrow but sometime during wednesday I twisted my ankle and its still aching now.. So what I was wondering is are there any exercises that I can do that doesn't involve me putting any weight on my ankle... I usually do squats and incline leg press but am a bit dubious about putting 150kg (squat) and 450kg (incline press) worth of weight on my ankle... Like I said...

My legs/ass are naturally quite large (muscle not fat). Since i started Rippetoes SS a few months ago they are too large (24") compared to my upper body (13.5"). I cant find pants that dont hug my ass/thighs. Prior to Rippetoes i didnt work legs at all, which was better. I just dont want thick legs/glutes. How could i change my routine? Something focused on the compound lifts but upper body...

I keep getting horrible achy legs - i used to get this occassionally before getting preggo and sometimes it would keep me awake until i took painkillers. Seem to be getting it more frequently now - apparently circulation slows down in pregnancy which is what causes it. Anyone else get this and found any natural pain relief techniques appart from moving my legs to keep circulation going? ...

Hi, I'm due shortly to have our little princess. Little poppet (sod) has been breech, still is, so delivery will be by c section soon. However, we have be warned that the legs will be stuck up straight for a while and gradually ease off. Does anyone have any experience of this? I have so many questions . . . 1. Are the legs rigid and up round the ears? 2. Do they interfere with ...

Hey everyone, When I do my weekly leg workout, they literally stay sore for a solid 5 - 6 days. When it comes to back day I feel like I shouldn't do deadlifts since my legs are still so sore. This is a problem because I know deadlifts are very important for my goal (gaining mass). The way I see it, I have 2 options: I can either ease up on my leg routine so I am not as sore for as long, ...
