Hi all, Going to buy some leg warmers shortly. Do you recommend waterproof or thermal. Are the waterproof ones very thick? If it's lashing rain will thermal ones keep you relatively dry/warm? I'd prefer a thin skinned pair that will keep the cold at bay (and not have me roasting) and kinda fry. Anyone got the specialized ones that are in cycleways?

A few weeks ago I picked up some Super Roubaix Leg Warmers on ebay from "Zimco Imports" in anticipation of the cold weather. They cost about $15. I got a chance to try them out on Sunday while I rode the Perkiomen Trail. It was about 50 degrees out, wet and muddy. We rode about 20 miles. I tucked the leg warmers under the leg opening of my Falconi ...
