I checked out oil leases in Dead sea area. It appears that the entire area from the "green" line on the northwest side, through the west end and to the south of the dead sea is leased (there is one small strip hugging the Jordanian boarder that extends from the south end of the dead sea) that is still available. I am sorry for such a vague question, buy how do people treat the cars they lease. Is there a interest by the person leasing the car to maintain the car and not abuse it like a rental car? Only reason I ask is I am coming across a ot of cars that are coming off their lease and the prices seem very good.
