Hey guys, I've been researching this for the past week and I'm still confused cause of the loads of different research on the subject of strength training. In short I'm a runner, at 127lbs, 5'7, 19 year old male, probably 12% - 13% body fat (lean body with some musclar definition). I'm looking to get up like 140 or at least 135 in lean
