I was reading in the "Jolly looking for a new string thread" at which it was mentioned that lower string tensions produce a higher launch angle. is that to say, that with the exact same swing, grip, etc etc *all things equal* that a ball hit with a racquet strung at 65 will be lower to the net (just a reference point for example) than a racquet strung at 55?

Launch angle question

I'm certainly not astute in the technical aspects of the golf swing and need the board's advice. I was recently measured at a Bridgestone Challenge and the readings said my launch angle was low, I believe around 11.5. They said the ideal angle is around 14. I currently hit a 9.5 degree driver and wondered if increasing the loft of my driver would increase the launch angle. I'm sure this is...

Hi, I'm going to be making a trip to golf town sometime soon and I still might be shopping for a driver. What kind of launch angle #'s should I be looking for? Basicly what #'s do I need to consider to make an educated decision when I picking a driver? Thanks.

How much will a reshaft change launch angle and spin

Title says it all. How much of a change can I realistically expect from a shaft change? My current launch angle and spin rates are 15.3 and 2,757 at 119 swing speed using a Prolaunch Red X. I'm planning on reshafting with a Protopype 80X. I have read a lot about this shaft but what can I expect from making the change? Will it cut launch by 1-2* or 4-5*, what about spin...will it cut ...
