Thomasville goes under the name FOUNDERS in Appomattox....Thomasville goes under the name FOUNDERS in Appomattox. There is no outlet store there. Also most of what they have there is imported from the Far East. They have laid off a lot of production people and it appears to be a distribution center.

I have an I-485 pending at the National Benefits Center (or whatever it's called), so I suppose I'm waiting for an interview. But I got laid off yesterday. I have an interview within the company on Monday for a new position, which I'm 50/50 on. Need some advice. If one of the lawyers on here would give me a (paid) telephone consult, please get in touch at

I've been divorced 2 years. Our girls are 19 and 22 and both in college. Part of our divorce decree was that XH would be responsible for health insurance for the girls until they were no longer able to be covered (23 yo if still in school). It is his only responsibility. I pay the copays, deductible, tuitions. books, etc. He pays $85/mo for "child support" while I then pay HIM $85/mo for my ...

It is very sad to hear about this, but as the Governor said, "it is a necessary evil." How long can the dysfuntion continue in PR, where employment in government is used not to provide better service but to secure votes. How long can the the residents live with the watse, inefficiency, and corruption that exists in a government run for politicians and not for the people? How long can the country...

They have to rebid (change shifts) next Wed and the company is abolishing a certain # of shifts, so now we just have to wait and see if he is ok or not. I am literally sick with worry and fear! Thank goodness I'm working, but I don't bring in a ...

I know that if my OH were to leave Canada this would make his WP void, ultimately invalidating mine, but what if I travelled outside Canada? I will need to go back to the UK for my Mothers ...

Hey there. I need to know if anyone has a referral for a good Dr in North Oak, Berkeley area, or anywhere in East Bay closeby. I just got laid off and now need a Dr who will transfer my Rx over to their office. It is a prescription I have had for 15+years; my search is not "drug seeking" but instead I need an honest, hopefully cheap Doc who can transfer my Rx. Any ideas would be appreciated...

I'm aware of the 15 day rule...if they don't call him within 15 days of Christmas can he still get the holiday pay since he will be in a paid status? Anyone know? Any other strategies regarding Article 43, unemployment, etc. would also be appreciated. ...
