I have read many threads on this topic .......however there is not a crisp answer to this question, that i have been able to find....... (1) is there any special processing or considerations that occurs with loa candidates for moc (congressman/woman) or senators nominations..... That does not occur with non-loa candidates? (2) are loa candidates charged against moc and/or senator ...

Hello First off, hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving break and Black Friday Cant believe November is already almost over :/ I had a question regarding nominations and LOAs. If you get an LOA, does it give you an edge in receiving a nomination? And if it does, how do your senators and representatives know about the LOA? Are you supposed to personally contact your congressmen/women...

Hi I'm a senior who has been going insane because I recieved an LOA about three weeks ago and I understand that an LOA is a good thing but does that mean that I am pretty much into the school of my dreams(naval academy)? Also does anyone from the state of New Jersey know when we will hear back from the Senators or Congressman about nominations?
