Ok, Right up front, I only started working out about 3 weeks ago. I started taking kre-alkalyn on day 1. I take 1 pill in morning, then one about 30 minutes before workout. I work out typically 1 hour doing a cycle of: day 1 is chest & shoulders, day 2 is back and arms, day 3 is legs and abs,
day 4 is more cardio switching between favorites and doing a a little lighter weight but doing them ...
