There was a brief naval skirmish today between South Korea and North Korea. As Hyung-Jin Kim of the AP reports, ships "exchanged fire Tuesday" along their border. It is not the first time this sort of thing has happened; the last time having been in 2002.

I personally think France would win. I live in America, not France. Edit: No nuclear warfare, regardless of what many of you would think North Korea would get nuked off the map. Plus no allies. For a country to win it has to occupy 50% of the opposing country. Force them to surrender or destroy their military means to resist you.
