Just wanted everyone here to know I received my new Kobra Carry SS Gen III two weeks ago and have had several range sessions with it. It performed flawlessly with all loads (185 JHP, 230 FMJ, 230 JHP, 185 JHP handloads) about 400 rounds without a single hiccup. Also, wanted to thank fellow poster Jerry Hammond for his super professionalism with this transaction. From the time I talked to Jerry to...

A local dealer has 2 NEW stainless steel Kobra Carry pistols in stock with distinctly different slide logos and slide finish with serial no. in the 2500 range and about 6000 on the other. Serial No. 6000 is a uniform even satin bead blast finish, marked Custom By Ed Brown on the right and Kobra Carry on the left side, all in small letters. Serial No. 2500 is marked Kobra Carry in large double ...

From the looks of the custom add on's list Ed Brown has - it seems that one could add a light rail to any model for an extra $100. I've seen the SF model with a rail. Anyone ever seen a Kobra model with a rail? Anyone have one?

I prefer the snakeskin over standard checkering but I would like adjustable sights so I am thinking of ordering a 5" Kobra with adjustable sights. Does anyone have one or even a picture of one? Thanks in advance.

I love playing with different racquets so I decided to pick up an Ignite team from a forum member. I've been playing with a Kobra Tour, handle weighted to 11.8 and strung at 60 with Gamma stinger. The ignite felt heavy off the bat. It had a leather grip put on it with an overgrip so it was already above stock weight. Grommets are installed so it doesn't have as much of the 03 mushy ...

FC,at least it's there when you're ready. Such restraint! 6 months. My "full-disclosure"=I've never held a bobbed 1911 in my hands. Pretty sure I would like them though. I don't much care for the sharp corner on most full-size and Commanders. Rounded-butts are something I have grown to favor on compacts. I have plenty of room for my hand. Anyroad,I think the general ...

This racket has Low-medium power Level and Moderate-Fast Swing speed. This racket is suitable for new generation of aggressive tournament players. This has a combination of power, spin and accuracy with [K] technologies. The shape of the frame and hoop help this racket to cut through the air efficiently and making swing speed. There is plenty of stability offered with this racket. With this ...

I am about to order a 5 in bob kobra with a rail, and am trying to decide between the blued or the gen 3 finish. This will be mainly a nightstand gun, so it will never get holstered. Which of the 2 is a nicer finish.

So I *think* I've narrowed down my next 1911 purchase to two different models but just can't make up my mind. Sooo which one? The Ed Brown Kobra Carry or the Executive Elite? I already have a main carry gun so this will just be another addition to the collection. I'm open to other suggestions as well. Non-railed with no front serrations are what I like. Price is pretty open. What ...
