I don't know your situation, but I'm getting 2.5% at the bank, how about you? Taking that into consideration, 9% is not too shabby. I have no filings. However, I've personally called the transfer agent twice a week for the last 2 years. I've reported those here. Is that good enough for you?

oh i know the situation here is good..otherwise i wouldnt have bought a stock that isnt high volume. not worried at all here this stock is very undervalued..only matter of time before the price catches up..prs will speed that up

i know i see too many kids this age where they want to do what they want, a parent really has little control at this age, and they have the financial responsibility if the kid fucks up. i often think at this age, emancipation should be given.

My other observation around technical or engineering jobs...those gigs at medium to large companies that don't have a hook to be performed in North America won't. Routine design, working to a set of specifications can easily be performed anywhere in the world, and likely will. Sales, marketing, project management and the technical support of those, not so much. Manufacturing of large bits ...

Danke... Other than the privacy issue, I think getting sick is a huge downside of living out of your car. No flat surfaces to lay on, temperature isn't consistent, and sleeping it away during the day is hard to pull off. Ughhh...

Just saw on the news a toyota recall, apparently the gas pedal in one of their cars can get caught on the floor mat. They played a 911 call of a man in his car, with his family talking to 911 saying hisgas pedal was stuck down and they were approaching an intersection and can't slow down. You can hear them scream and crash. Okay, this man has NO BUSINESS DRIVING A DAMN CAR I hope ...
