Hi, everyone! I am fascinated with all sorts of knots--Chinese knots, Celtic knots, and other knots. I recently opened an online store at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Many in my 'burb are upset about some new expresso stands that feature baristas serving coffee in bikinis, g-strings, and other lingerie. Here's a little video and story on this ridiculous spectacle: http://www.kirotv.com/news/21709946/detail.html I find this appallingly tacky and offensive. If the City doesn't have a law to stop this already, they should write one. I'm ...

No one is making these women work at these places. As I mentioned any I have seen interviewed are all for it. I think it's ridiculous the hub-bub. As with any business, if you don't approve, then buy your coffee somewhere else.

November 29 - Daily Feast Too much looking back robs us of our natural ability to change things. We are too good at finding reasons for failing, too well trained in using logic to work out knotty decisions. Every thinking, praying human being has access to supernatural answers to his problems, but he cannot use only human reason. And more than anything he must not give excuses or blame ...

I am really confused. I had thin wavy hair. It is extremely dry and it even looks dry. It gets knotty and string like within 10 mins and i hate it because i can never put my fingers through my hair and then it looks gross. Also, within 6 hours my hair gets greasy because it is thin. Is there anyway to fix the knotty, dry, greasy problem?!

Currently I have white trim throughout my house. I am planning to replace all the interior doors in my house and (right now they are white). In shopping for my new doors I took a liking to a darker chocolate doors, or possibly a lighter pine brown knotty pine type (not tan/yellowish). But wasn't sure this would be ok with white trim...maybe I should stick with white doors? Anyway, I'm ...

Drywall brings mold and other dangerous chemicals to your home, but the knotty pine wouldn't because it has been there so long. You would paint it or whitewash it, but I sure wouldn't take it down. I had an all knotty pine kitchen and dining and den and ...

Hi Laurie, The doors are classic unfinished raised panel knotty Pine. I chose raised panel since it seemed to be everywhere in Mexico. I never saw recessed panels, ever. So we could either stain for the wood look or paint for the White look. I'll try to post them on the Flikr page shortly.
