Illinois bishop orders kneeling during Eucharistic Prayer December 22, 2009 Bishop Edward Braxton of Belleville, Illinois, is receiving criticism for asking at least three parishes to follow the Church’s norm on kneeling during the Eucharistic Prayer. Among the priests asked to begin to follow the Church’s discipline in this matter is Msgr. James Margason, who served as diocesan vicar ...

The tile pretty much explains it, I wish to receive the Eucharist kneeling and on the tongue. The deal is that I attend the ordinary mass. All of us receive it standing up on the hand or tongue. I wish to do this because I want to give more reverence and worship to the Lord. I don't want to this withoug asking my priest if this is OK with him. The only problem I have with this is that I ...

Harrison has started crawling and can kneel up holding onto something. Well he has started pulling himself up onto his knees in his cot in a morning then usually falling and banging his head on the cot side. We are lowering the cot to see if it makes any difference. Any other suggestions? xx _________________

Saturday December 19, 2009 I'm sure the bishop has his reasons for this, but this strikes me as a little heavy-handed: Belleville Catholic Bishop Edward Braxton has set a deadline of this weekend for all parishioners who attend Corpus Christi Church: You must kneel during the high point of the ceremony, the Liturgy of the Eucharist. Braxton sent a letter marked "...

I'm up 3.3 points in my semi-final match with Jason Campbell left to play tonight. My opponent has no one left. Am I allowed to not start a quarterback for the fantasy equivalent of 'kneeling' the ball? Although unlikely, I wouldn't put it past Campbell to put up a negative 4.

Bench him. I am in same position with Devan Thomas going tonight, but I'm up by 20 something points so I'm keeping him in...no way I can lose. If it's 3.5 points, definately bench him!

My wife *loves* to wrap presents, and she excels at it. She hums with delight and Zen tranquility, kneeling on the floor surrounded by brightly-colored paper and shiny ribbon, wrapping away for hours. All her corners are sharp, the wrapping holds together with about a square inch of tape, and there's ribbons and bows and God only knows what else. I, on the other hand, labor at it like ...

So she has been pulling to kneeling for a while. Then the other day she made a sound to get my attention, looked right at my, and pulled to standing on the box. My jaw dropped, and then she pushed the box across the floor while walking behind it. So now she keeps pulling up to standing on stuff, and then pushing the object while walking behind it. She can't stand/walk unassisted, but can ...

I was using some poster putty and some fell on the floor. I couldn't find it because I ended up kneeling into it with my jeans. Any suggestions on how I can get it out/off my jeans? I was thinking about putting my jeans in the freezer and trying to scrape it off. Thanks!

This intricate nativity set was hand painted with detail. The five piece set has never been used. Joseph is 12"tall, Mary kneeling is 9", the detailed lamb is 3" x 2", and the ass is 6" x 4", the baby Jesus in a manger is 4" x 3". All are heavy material I think is ceramic. It is a perfect gift to anyone, or a fine replacement for yourself. Read more...
