In addition to the excellent recommendations by others, I'll mention The Last Samurai (2003). And maybe The Four Feathers. By the way, storywise the movie King Arthur (2004) reminded me much of Seven Samurai (1954) and The Magnificent Seven (1960), although I realize those may not be the type of movies that you're looking for. ~ Everyone is unique, except for me ~
