Well, I had been Kimber lurking for some time, I held several Kimber's, Springfield Loaded's, TRP's and others at the 1500 and then shot a TLE at the local shooting range. I was impressed by how easy the pistol was to shoot,,, and then,,, I came across this deal on an unfired Custom II with 5 total magazines, Blade Tech IWB Holster, box papers tags etc and I picked up some Slim ...

I was purchasing a 10/22 from a private party and at the gun store they had a Custom Classic Stainless Series I on consignment. From my limited knowledge on the Series I, it has been my choice for a Kimber. Well this one was owned by a employee of the shop has had a couple hundred down the pipe and was sent to a reputable local smith to replace some parts with Ed Brown goodies. The gun was damn ...

Just purchased a new Custom CDP II and was wondering what type of cast bullets worked the best. SWC or RN and what weight seems to shoot the best for target shooting. Thanks for any input.

Looking at another 1911. I am kinda caught between the SA Lightweight loaded champion operator and the camoed up Kimber custom covert with the crimson grips. Anyone have any opinions? Likes or dislikes eitherway?

Well, I should take receipt of my first Kimber,,, a New Custom II, Cocobolo grips, Blue and 4 Wilson Combat Mags next week, I expect the gun to ship on Tuesday, I was trying to hold out for a Stainless version because of some of the Blue wearing issues I have read about, but since I got the gun for a great price, I decided to start with a basic gun and build on it with some custom features in...

Had a couple failure to eject/failure to feed malfunctions. The big issue though is this.. The ambi safety broke on the gun's left side (the side i use with my right thumb as i'm right handed) Just the thumb tab broke. ...

I bought this about a year ago from the original owner (a calgunner)and have only had the occasion to shoot it once. First owner stated he shot 1 box through it. I have shot 4 boxes myself. Pistol is in excellent condition but has a few minor (barely noticeable) blems in the finish from fingerprints left uncleaned. (first owner) The pistol will come in the original Kimber case with all ...

I bought a Series 1 Custom Classic 3 years or so ago for $495 including shipping. It was very lightly used, maybe 200 rounds and an idiot mark. I changed out some stuff, some stuff broke. I have about 25K through it now. The finish is about gone and it's usually dirty but it's a very reliable and very accurate pistol. I dunno, that price seems high to me by about $300. But they are good ...

I really like the P226 Equinox my wife bought for me!!! Unfortunately, I have very small hands and the Custom Laminated Wood Grips and Standard Trigger that come standard with the Equinox do not allow me to get enough finger on the trigger when the weapon is properly indexed in my hand. Eastetically, I realy like the looks of the Laminated Wood Grips but replaced them with P226 Factory Polymer...

man. this forum is going downhill into a sea of nitpickers and know-it-alls. this whole thread is absolutely silly. Way to encourage the making of more gun videos, as soon as someone posts one other people sitting at their computer desks start picking it apart. Nice.
