I have ordered my very first kettlebell. I have two light weight ones which are not much use. This is my first proper kettlebell I'm rather excited. Anyone any ideas or tips on routines ?

Two Kettlebell Workout DVDs? My aunt is looking for DVDs that make use (in more than just one exercise) of kettlebell pairs and I was respectfully wondering if anyone knew of any. I have a few kettlebells but not an extensive collection of DVDs featuring them so I don't know. TIA if you can help....

Question about skipping workouts I was just wondering. This week I have skipped a cardio and a kettlebell workout on my rotation. Saturday was down as a rest day. If I do the cardio and the KB on Saturday instead of resting, does it come out even for the week, so I start Sunday with a clean slate? Is it the total number of hours ...

Before the big meal today, I did a short workout. I did 15 one hand swings each hand with a 20kg kettlebell followed by 30 seconds rest. I did this 10 times. I then did 5 sets of 5 reps of presses with the 20kg KB with 1 minute rest then one set of 5 presses with the 24kg KB. I may take a walk after eating or jump on the rebounder. Or I may not do anything else.

Spend your first couple of weeks learning the form of the more complicated moves - clean and press, snatch, get up, and then once you've practised them for a while finish off with some swings. Once you've got the form down do similar to what Gabz said
