Hello! After finishing Cambridge, how long does it take for your Ketosis breath to fade? A boy I have been chatting to online for about six months now is coming to visit me in January, and I don't want my breath to smell DISGUSTING (and it does!) so I'll probably come off Cambridge a couple of days beforehand and whilst he's around.

hi, i have been on cd ss+ for about 14 weeks and i had a blip for the 1st time last week and knocked myself out of ketosis and not i cant stop blipping, i have been 100% on the diet without cheating for 14 weeks and i have gone from15st 9lb to 11st 12lb and i want to get to my goal of 10st 13lb so as you can see i have done quite well and i am almost there but i need help getting back in ketosis...

I have bought some vitamin C tablets since Dave palumbo recommends a lot of vit c on his diet. When I look on the back of the tub though I see some flavourings that I think might kick me out of ketosis. Are we supposed to be in ketosis? I do have some sticks left over from my VERY short stint on Atkins...so I decided what the heck. It's only at a trace to small amount ketosis on day 4 of phase 1. Seems like it's inevitable for phase one, but it's my assumption that we shouldn't remain there once we move on to phase 2.

I could not find anything with actual calories and ratios. Does anyone know where I can find how many carbs im limited too, the fat and protein intake? Help! I have a meal out Saturday with the family and have already phoned the pub and asked what they do. They were happy to do a cheese salad. Now it takes quite a bit to throw me out of ketosis but what bits of the salad should I be safe with and what to avoid?
