Hi, What time does the train leave for kanchanaburi and back to Bangkok ? Will there be sufficient time for a day tour to all those places of interest, like Bridge over river Kwai, Hell pass, death rail and so on? I will be flying in to Bangkok on 2nd December from Phuket . Thanks. Regina
