Well, I suppose it's my own fault for giving them "one more try" , this is the 2nd KMS 18a esc that has fried upon connecting the battery. When the first one blew, it popped and started smoking and I was lucky to save the battery.....a 900 2s, but this time, using the replacemant, I wasn't quick enough and now a Zippy 500 3s has gone to glory! I always thought those esc's were sorta strange...
