Hi I have this ticked: 2 am to 12 noon: I don't want to be charged when I reach my off peak download allowance and realise my download speed will be reduced to 64 kbps once that allowance is reached and if I then exceed 60 gbytes in this period I will be charged at a rate of $6.00 per gb or part thereof until the end of the month. But my usage manged to get to 74gig without being reduced. Now ...
