Why are people posting photos that were NOT part of July 18th 2009 event - the day the Scott Kelby's Worldwide Photowalk was held? These photos should NOT be included with this group.

Maybe it would work better if Scott sent a coupon to every winner to be directly sent to the company issuing the prizes. It would cut out the middleman and make less work for Scott's people and lessen any chance of them messing things up. For example if our photowalk leader and I had been sent a coupon to submit directly to Peachpit with a form with all the shipping info, we probably ...

hi there, im going to be in new york for 2 weeks in july 2010. im looking for affordable accommodation but not a hostel. does anyone have any suggestions. im happy to stay in the outter areas as long as it isnt difficult to get into NYC (by train, or one bus, and cheap). i was hoping to find something around $50US a night, a bit more is ok.. if you can give me some ...

I agree. Scott and the crew really didn't plan this out and it has taken the fun out of participating. The only plausible explanation I can come up with was they did not anticipate the number of participants and now they are short books. I might send my walk winner my book because he is still waiting.
