So exactly 12 days ago, I started with what felt like a stiff neck which went into a migraine. The headache and neck pain continued for 12 days. The migraine would come and go as the pain at the base of my skull. Went to the doc that thought it was a trapped occipital nerve and the chiroporactor made me worse. Last night, was the worst of all headaches. Kept twisting my neck to make it...

I'm in my late sixties and my right knee is really bothering me lately. It's stiff and kind of painful, but if I rest it's somewhat better. I've stopped taking walks, since that also makes it hurt. My husband takes glucosamine for his painful joints and it really helps him. So did my mother when her knee used to bother her. It's supposed to really help with arthritis and also help to ...

I'm new here and have just(2 weeks in) started taking 1IU of HGH ED and am experiencing arthritic type pain in hands and feet and quite sever pain in back and hips! Very depressing, since I'm taking this for anti-aging and feel 25 years older rather than any younger. Anyone else had this type of pain when starting HGH and if you did, did it go away once your body got used to the med.? I'm ...

A few days ago at work, I began to experience sharp pain in my elbow Elbow pain , but it only occurs when I attempt to bend it past a certain point or keep it bent. My job is not strenuous at all, and I've had no history of joint pain like this. If anybody could help me out, that'd be great.

I never knew just how bad menopause could be. I really hate that my ovaries still have not kicked into gear. I wonder since it's been a year if they ever will? Wondering?? Anyway I stopped taking estrogen patches and I felt like I turned into a 85 year old woman. I couldn't get up from sitting and the leg/hip pain was unbearable. It started feeling as if my legs would ...

First, as you said, let it rest until it heals fully. For recovery/strength training, try one of those weight-lifting hand-gripper things - - its just a small thing you hold in your hand, spring-loaded and you squeeze it repeatedly with your hand - - I've seen them in Sports Authority etc for like $6. If pain persists longer than a few days, yeah I'd go to doctor. Hands are complex, a ...
