Does any one here train with brian johnstons zone training,ie splitting a movement into halfs or thirds,example
barbell curl or band curls top half 10 reps then bottom half 10 reps,thirds top third 10reps, middle third 10 reps,bottom third 10 reps,I think this kind of training is very effective because you feel every part of the muscle worked,it is also good with bodyweight exercises.joe.
