The thread on the movie "Mountain Men" reminded me of another film of that era I enjoyed. "Jeremiah Johnson." I would call it more 'authentic' than "Mountain Men." Scenery was every bit as awesome. wasn't it at least loosely based on the legend of "Liver eating" Johnson? Any othe Mountain Men movies worth noting? (or not worth for that matter? )
