To make it possible to discuss this, let's assume we take the media version of Caesar, from for example the telivision series "Rome", (however if you think other Caesars could do it better, ...

Excellent film from Godard. There are just so many layers to it that it demands a re-watch Excellent direction, lighting, editing and performances! The comedy wasn't as funny as it could have been but it did make me smile on a number of occasions. Finally got around to watching this tonight, after getting my hands on the Jean-Luc Godard Ultimate Collection What a great start! Stunning visuals, camerawork, acting, editing. It's just the pinnacle of New Wave and French cinema, truly sublime. One of the coolest films ever, it just oozes style. It probably just shot up into my Top 10 but i'll be re-watching it very soon to make sure 10/10

Tripod, I've never seen this film anywhere - not in a DVD store or even in a DVD rental shop. My DVD rental shop has a few Godards, including the notorious "Hail Mary".
