We were supposed to go Jan 24-30, but we've hit a snafu because of DH work vacation hours-they told him to use or loose 60 hours by Jan. 8 and if he chooses to loose them, he will also be penalized 60 hours from this years accrual. Can confirm on the wine's post... According to Halpern's website, the 2007 is the Santa Lucia Highlands (WS92), while the 2008 is the Russian River. Both the RR and especially the Santa Lucia are fairly priced; the Keefer, not so much. Siduri is one of the better US Pinot producers, so this would be a first for LCBO and a surprise for a Jan release.

If you have time, try to see more of the UK than just London. The rest of the country is really different, and domestic flights are often pretty cheap. I'm conflicted about partners. I'm excited to have partners, but right now I feel really ahead because I'm almost finished with the crafty detective swap and still don't have a partner for this one. I'm finishing up the last bits over there and thinking of all kinds of ideas for over here. This time tomorrow I'll have two unfinished swaps. I don't know why, but it feels different.
