I am craaaaaving something nice and SPICY! So today for my lunch I brought to work some pinto beans with jalapenos in them and have thinking about them alll day. I finally went to make them...and the jalapenos aren't even spicy I can't even TASTE them I'm so depressed What is for lunch ladies? Come on...make me jealous I know where I'm going for dinner tonight!! HELLO MEXICAN FOOD!

So a girl at work gave me about 5 pounds of pickled jalapenos....(her dh helped a foodservice salesman with his car last night and this is what he gave them when they woudlnt take money) anyway....so now i want to know what i can do with all of this. ...you should try Char's Cranberry Jalapeno Sauce. I was a little afraid of it, but I cut out all the seeds and membrane as Char suggested and the end result was the best cranberry sauce I've ever had. DH was blown away. I just made my DH a huge batch of jalapeno poppers as they are really hard to find in stores/restaurants here. My hands are now on FIRE, I've washed them several times, is there anything else anyone can recommend to help??

3 to 5 lb roast 1 can beef stock 6 - 8 jalapenos (cut into 1/2 pieces) Salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients in a crockpot. I set ours to 3 (medium) and cook for 8-10 hours. Halfway through cooking, turn the roast. Just before serving, remove roast and shred, returning meat to crockpot and then serve on sandwich rolls with mozzarella cheese.
