Not the best wrestler(or close) in the business but defo one of the best physiques. What would be a good regime to get the Cena look? I think my natural physique is really like this. Stats I'm 19 years old, 5 foot 8 and currently kind of atlethic.

It's called genetics. Even if you replicated his training, food and anabolic intake you may never look like him. He was born with great genetics for building muscle, couple that with all the above and voila, John Cena.

The rapping gimmick is what made Cena awesome, but like with most heels that get over with a gimmick anymore the WWE changes it when the fans start to like it. I mean look at Orton back in '04 with the legend killer gimmick and MVP when he was the shit. Its just the WWE machine making and breaking stars at will
