I have been around since before the days of Ironhorse and I have way too much of my retirement hopes riding on HABE. I thought that the last 2 news releases were more incourging than any thing I've heard in 10 years. I thank Al and Pete for picking up the torch and keeping our pans in the fire. i have an ironhorse sohon bucho frame with rear wheel and easton seat post. this is a free ride/dh frame. it has seen 2 summers of riding. i got it as a crash replacement frame at the end of summer 2007 and got a demo7 in the middle of summer 2009. don't need it anymore. it's a great entry level frame that has seen very little abuse. still in great shape. for the price this is a ...

so the rust was worse than we thought. no worries, just need more sheet metal and more rivets. didnt have much time to lay down new sheet metal, but the piece(s) that we got into place were solid (see pics below). luckily, the rust was not yet causing structural damage to the frame. however, if the patches go well, i will def. be looking into some sort of frame support/reenforcement ...
