What's next, preferential oil rates to Kuwait? Did the Iraqi government give at least one reason (just to humor us) why it was offering this? Lebanon has not really done much harm (it's too far away), but any chance it had of helping Iraqis it has turned down like a typical neighbour, not lifting one finger to help. This deal is a slap in the face of Iraqi civilians.
