It's been a while since I've been in this forum, but I wanted to come back and share a positive story. DD was born with a fairly severe dairy intolerance. It manifested in silent reflux, very poor sleeping, colic, small and frequent feedings, mucousy poop, and a red umbilicus ( http://journals.lww.com/jpgn/Fulltex..._Cow_s.12.a spx ). I had to completely eliminate all trace dairy ...

My little boy is having some poo issues and the nurses suggested he may be lactose intolerance. They suggested that I start a lactose free diet. I know they have lactose free milk and cheese. What about soy milk or cheese? Would I need to supplement my diet with calcium or other vitamins?

A few years ago I had a random course of shooting pains in my calf. It seemed to happen when I was sitting or at rest and often was relieved by standing or walking. It went away by itself. Over the next few years I had other random events: a sudden rash of hives on my face, strained muscles in various locations, anxiety and nervousness, dizziness, difficulty with word recall and expressing my ...

This article does not express the disabling symptoms that I, as a gluten -sensitive - possible Celiac, would want others to know. Aside from the life crippling symptoms mistakenly diagnose as IBS, I was treated 17 years for Fibromyalgia. Symptoms so severe my life as wife and mother was barely lived. I cannot express the physical pain I experienced everyday of those 17 years. One month after ...
