I've come across what I think is a counterfeit Gibson Les Paul Custom. If it's a counterfeit it's disturbingly good, it doesn't have any of the issues the are mentioned at Gibson's "what to watch for" site. The pots say Gibson, the logo looks corrects. I just think the paint looks wrong, I can see some wood grain though the black paint. I've never seen a black beauty like that. The gold ...

I have a gas water heater & furnace vented thru my basement wall, up into my chimney. Q. Can I add (into the 6" stovepipe) the vent of a wood burning stove into the same pipe? Assuming the stove will sit right next to the gas water heater. Thanks for your advice...

If you are in NYC, also look into Beckensteins on 20th St. - good prices and you can pick exactly the fabric you want. I have no idea how it compare to smith and noble though.
