Do their fees increase as well? Now that the regents have passed the 32% increase for Californians, I wonder if it at all adversely affects OOS students and Internationals as well. I am sad at this development though

(R) 2012 DAN QUAYLE Presidential Economics / 2013 Federal Reserve Chairman JAMES BAKER: Well, Dubai can sit down with all the Arab brothers to structure all the debts into one basket to create a "Money Market Fund" to sell back to the internationals; the Dubai "Money Market Fund" don't have to be US$1.00 per share, they can be started at US$10.00 per share. Because, the 2013 US President DAN ...

England have been seeded, despite being only 9th in the rankings, but France and Portugal miss out. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/internati onals/8390... Those of you looking to book holidays, looking at the fixture list, this means there is a pretty good chance England won't play in the lunchtime midweek kickoffs, I think there are only 2 seed slots left from the 7 to draw that ...

I'm an international applicant from Sweden. I need plenty of financial aid, so I'm only sure about applying to (a few of) the seven schools that are officially need-blind and full-need for internationals. Primarily: - Dartmouth - MIT - Princeton - Yale - Amherst and also possibly: - Harvard - Williams I'm quite open for suggestions of other schools where I stand a chance of ...

I mean why would they change their FA policy to treat Canadians and Mexicans as internationals? I mean its clear that it cannot afford to be need blind to them anymore. Just a question though, for internationals, is Cornell need-blind and just don't meet full need or is it need-aware and only accept the ones it can support financially?

I don't know if you are all excited about this but I am. There is not too much news regarding the seedings as of yet except for this.. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/internati onals/8390084.stm ..which is good news if you're English. It would appear that France and Portugal will be in group 2. That leaves quite a few ...
