ICC judges are currently assessing whether or not to grant the warrant for arrest requested by an ICC prosecutor for OMar al-Bashir, President of Sudan. This request has been heralded and supported by Human Rights advocates globally, and those who are appalled by the years of fights and death in the western province of Darfur, but will it all be a simple fix if he's brought to the Hague?...

Advertisements [ ? ] As I recall, Bush said the U.S. would not be a part of it. If Obama made us a part of the I.C.C., then couldn't the world prosecute Bush for war crimes? And wouldn't this be far better than mere impeachment?
