Since there are no Firewire SDHC reader, does anyone know the fastest reader to transfer video from SDHC cards to a local drive to edit in FCP? Or have any suggestions of what you are using to do this & what kind of speed they are getting? Thanks ...

i have an 2 internal hard drives one as my start up disk and the other for file storage. My problem is that the other drive which has two partitions won't show up whenever i turn on the computer... i always have to verify/repair the disk on diskaid and that's the only time it shows up in my desktop.. btw diskaid doesnt report any problems with the drive. im running os9.2 and the harddrives are ...

Are you sure there's no issue with the drive itself? you were able to format it on another system? AFAIK, your mobo should be able to support drives with that capacity. Have you updated the BIOS?
