Why are home intercom systems so expensive? http://www.home-technology-store.com...-intercom.a spx I've been looking around and they average around $500 or so. It seems that they are comprised of just some wired transmitters and receivers and use essentially decades old technology. A baby monitor only costs around 30 bucks. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to set up an intercom group so that everyone in the group can have two way talk paths with everyone in that group at the sametime. I know how to set up an intercom group to have two phones do this. I know how to set up a paging group so that all phones have a one way path of the message being sent. Hace a CICS 6.1 with a CallPilot 100 Rls. 3.0. At Ext. 207 tried Feature 981. It goes directly to "exit." Logged into System Programming, Reset Mailbox password. Feature * 0 + Intercom = Ext 207. Tried F** xftest. All codes are active. Please help.

Anybody got experience with chatterbox and the others. I don't care about the intercom I just want bluetooth for my Ipod and decent sound quality. Also how about the volume? My rc51 is loud and my earbuds work but I want to lose the cord. Any opinions?
