I have a question for you guys about Auto Insurance. In a couple other treads guys have mentioned other drivers having no insurance. Why does that matter? In Michigan we have "No Fault" insurance. You pay your deducible and your insurance pays for your car. You can take the other driver to small claims court to get you deductible back if the officer assigns blame to them.
